Reason it was developed

As an alternative to current policies in government and school on pu native behaviour practices. Creating a sense of Place and Belonging in schools improves academic achievement, creates a greater sense of well-being and aids staff retention.

Activities

Research in 5 schools (report) and literature review.

Results

See research report. We are focussing on leaders and middle leaders taking on this approach in schools and working with us to improve inclusion and the school experience for all actors. We think it is very timely as we work through the challenges of Coronavirus.
