Activities
TUESWRT was represented in the Republican operational headquarters for the prevention of the spread of a new coronavirus infection, and actively participated in the development of a number of COVID-19 regulations of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan in order to protect the rights and interests of teachers (payment of wages, vacation pay, working hours, etc.). TUESWRT provided financial and material assistance (flour, rice, oil, pasta, potatoes, etc.) to more than 1000 teachers from a disadvantaged socio-economic background, as well as material assistance for two hospitals in the city of Dushanbe. TUESWRT has also disseminated the information on precautionary measures in connection with the spread of COVID-19, and distributed antiseptics, masks and medications in educational institutions in need.
